Mówię po polsku i angielsku.<br /> <br /> ENG:<br /> Beautiful 2-room apartment for rent, fully renovated, in "cracovian Boho" style, 5 minutes from the Cracow’s Main Market Square.<br /> <br /> Location: a short walk from a tram station at Bronowicka / Rydla Streets, excellent access with both – tram and a car, to the very center of Cracow as well as to the academic centres of AGH, UJ, Academies of: Economics, Agriculture, Education and many other city attractions. Easy access to Balice airport and A4 highway.<br /> <br /> Place: a very nice residential area at Krzywy Zaułek Street with a complete infrastructure, surrounded with numerous green plants, including old trees, with plenty of „living space” between buildings, close to all kinds of stores and a unique, as for the city centre, farmer food market. Residential buildings are here 3-storeys high and were built from solid, traditional bricks in the 50-ties of XX century as an elitist, military residential area. They were quite recently renovated and still have cosy, internal backyards with plenty of plants.<br /> <br /> Apartment: a beautiful, luxurious, designed by a young Cracovian architect with care for perfect connection of „spirit of the place” i.e. reference to the years, when it was built, with modern, trendy solutions of good quality. The apartment is very quiet, light and spacious, in 100% renovated (brand new installations, furniture and equipment) and therefore perfectly fresh and clean. It is located on the 2nd floor and consists from 2 spacious rooms and a separated kitchen with a large window, a comfortable bathroom and a spacious hallway. It has large windows and a small balcony of porte fenetre type. It also has unique hight of 2,75 m which results in the feeling of unlimited space.<br /> Furnishing: fully furnished and ready to move in. All furniture is in Boho style with some elements of Etno, Eco styles with some addition of other elements for a good taste. One can step there on a fully renovared, original oak wooden parquet from 1958. Internet – high speed – connection available, supplier to be chosen by the renting Party. Heating is delivered by the Town, water heating and gas for cooking – from an own, brand new, gas heating unit.<br /> Hallway: spacious, with a huge wardrobe, with a huge mirror, with enough space for wardrobe of many people and cleaning appliances.<br /> Kitchen: brand new, spacious furniture set, having a „cold pantry” kept, unique today and so popular in the 50-ties, mean for storing food in a bit colder place but not in the fridge. Additionally a large refrigerator and frezer, modern gas stove, electric oven, microwave oven, high pressure coffee maker, tea kettle, pots and pens, comfortable table for 4 people. The treasure of this place are hand crafted tiles on the wall. The floor is covered with technical tiles.<br /> Eco room: to be locked with key for privacy, this room with large window of porte fenetre type and a small balcony overlooks the tops of green, old trees. Furnishing: a coach with a sleeping function for 2, spacious wardrobe, a dresser and a desk, a coffee table, top and side lighting, oak parquet on the floor.<br /> Etno room: to be locked with key for privacy, a bit larger then the previous one, this room with 2 large windows also overlooks the tops of green, old trees. Furnishing: a comfortable bed for 2 persons, 2 night tables, coach with an additional sleeping function for 2, spacious wardrobe, a dresser and a desk, coffee table, a book rack, top and side lighting, oak parquet on the floor.<br /> Bathroom: shower cabin, a sink, a toilet, a washing machine, lastrico tiles in the typical style of the 50-ties on the walls and technical tiles on the floor.<br /> <br /> Conditions of rent: available immediately, directly from the owner – no additional fee.<br /> Payments: 2.750 zlotys for rent plus apprx. 950 zlotys (for 2 people) and for media apprx 250 zlotys.<br /> Up front 5.000 zlotys of one-time deposit, returnable upon after 12 months of rental.<br /> Agreement – expected for 12 months (or longer). The apartment can be rented for 1-4 persons – each room can be rented on a separate rental contract but both contracts will be linked then. No smokers and with no pets only – sorry!
